Dolly Steamboat Cruise on Canyon Lake

Join us for a narrative cruise on Canyon Lake.

Sit back, relax and take in the gorgeous views of Canyon Lake! During this one-and-a-half-hour, six-mile cruise, you may see desert bighorn sheep, bald eagles, and a host of other animals and local wildlife viewed from the decks of the Dolly! We also touch on the beautiful flora from the stately Saguaro cacti to the microscopic organism called desert varnish. Tortilla flat world, famous killer chili served over buttered cornbread, topped with mixed
cheese, sour cream, and red and green onions.

Chicken Street tacos
Three delicious locally made corn tortillas, seasoned shredded chicken, melted, mixed cheese,
homemade cactus salsa, Verde, cilantro, avocado, Cotija cheese, minced onion with Spanish
rice and black beans

Killer bowl of chili
Award-winning killer chili served with our locally made buttered flour tortilla

Pistolero Burro
Superstition’s biggest burrito. Season shredded chicken, roasted red peppers, onions pepper,
jack cheese, Spanish rice, and black beans wrapped in a locally made flour tortilla, smothered
with three cheese queso topped with diced tomatoes, cilantro, and Cotija cheese.

Buzzard strips
Southern-style breaded chicken tenders, served crispy with house fries.
Choice of dipping sauce: Hot, mild prickly pear, barbecue ranch, or honey mustard

Country-style chicken, fritters, glazed and mild buffalo sauce, shredded carrots, red onions,
chopped romaine, Parmesan and garlic croutons in a Caesar dressing

BBQ Cob
Glazed prickly pair of barbecue chicken breast over crisp, iceberg cheddar jack, fire, roasted
corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, red onion, and crispy tortilla chips

Fajita salad
Choice of grilled chicken or Carne Asada, steak, iceberg, lettuce, black beans, mixed cheese,
roasted peppers, and onion, topped with guacamole and served in a crispy shell avocado
ranch on the side.
